“Good customer service, unfortunately they couldn't beat a renewal price in this circumstance but were super quick to cancel my payment and close my policy. Will look to them in future for quotes as would definitely go with them if price was right.”

“Had a query about an immobiliser that the 'Statment of Fact' part of the Policy said had been fitted, as this was in error. Drew replied quickly and undertook to have it removed from the paperwork. Very efficient. Thanks.”

“Drew was very good. However he said there wouldn't be any cancellation fees due to it being a bereavement. Only refunded 2/3rds of the amount, even though the policy was just a month old.”
