“Downloaded the documents from the portal but didn't see the Certificate or actual policy. Used the Chatline and got a quick response from CH2 to say they would be uploaded in 15 minutes.”

“Needed to connect to live chat as was unable to get into the portal. Directed back to check out password etc which did not work. Had to push to get any customer service. When I did Ps1 Paige rectified my problem promptly.”

“Simple once you have found your way to the 'Chat Line' otherwise as usual with 'online' insurance it's a bit confusing, but Harry (HE4) was very helpful.”
