“NO2 sorted out a renewal quote that was a good improvement on their first renewal offering, so I'm staying with One Click for my renewal. The chat response was pretty good by modern standards.”

“Did feel I was talking to a computer and also a little disappointed that there is no way of actually speaking to someone in person. Happy with the price quoted and how my problem was resolved by AB9.”

“It did take a long time to get a response from the live chat but felt that AB9 was able to answer all my questions. Would still prefer to talk to a human though as it would have been quicker than typing my questions!”
