Contact via online chat and exchanged messages with Jack (JA7 for review purposes) who resolved my queries fully and politely. Had to contact OneDirect / OneClick as they had mistakenly set my policy up as auto renew - (something I always look out for and never accept, so they've misinterpreted something somewhere) & had not stated my NCD on the renewal notice. Jack sorted both of these out for me.

The wait for customer service was quite long - I'd tried earlier and told I was 31 in the queue, so I gave up and came back later. This time I was 16 in the queue and had to wait about 15 minutes to be answered. Also when you are waiting in the queue, the website tries to log you out after 15 mins, so you have to keep confirming you want to stay in the chat. It means you cant go away and get on with something else while you're waiting. Once I got through to customer service the process was easy, quick and efficient. NO2 dealt with my query well and I was pleasantly surprised that the change I needed to make made my policy cheaper.

no2 was ever so helpful with my enquiry, the operator was 5* but as im at the age of 62 i do prefure the old fashioned phone call situation to sort things our...but we have to move with the times ..well done oneclick

My renewal was cancelled over a live chat due to selling my car but unfortunately payment had been taken 5 days before however I was told that this would be credited back to my account in full within 7-10 days

Their website isn't the greatest, it wouldn't take a payment by card or PayPal, and their queue to get through to their Chat took forever!! However I got through to Agent NO2 and they took my payment on the quote the website generated manually for me. So thanks for that No2 - you get 5stars, the website and the queue to get through to you was not so good.

When I finally got to use the online chat things went smoothly with NO2. I was not happy with the fact that being 23rd in the queue meant that the website kept timing me out.

Claiming contact numbers on the insurance certificate would be much helpful for the driver. Happy with the help given via chat.
