“Discussion about cancellation as my old policy auto renewed. SP6 helped and advised the cancellation fee for the other policy could be reimbursed by One Call so I was not out of pocket. Very helpful”

“Contact via online chat and exchanged messages with Jack (JA7 for review purposes) who resolved my queries fully and politely. Had to contact OneDirect / OneClick as they had mistakenly set my policy up as auto renew - (something I always look out for and never accept, so they've misinterpreted something somewhere) & had not stated my NCD on the renewal notice. Jack sorted both of these out for me.”
