“BN1 Polite conversation but unable to confirm cost of renewing policy which is not helpful for budgeting monthly bills. Would be helpful to speak to customer service”

“NO2 was helpful with my query to add another driver to my policy. I couldn't do the amendment via my online portal for some reason but NO2 sorted it out for me. Paying was a bit of a pain as I trued via PayPal but was advised by NO2 you were having problems with that so had to pay by card. Sorted in the end but a little frustrating the time it took back and forth with typing messages!”

“Brandon very thorough. wanted to know reasons for cancelling insurance on car. when satisfied he sorted outstanding payment and stopped my DD. Only unhappy moment was the amount of cancellation fee.”

“I have been chatting to NO2 today she was very helpful and I got the answers I needed very simple .I had been trying to get onto portal for 3 days just to say I wanted to transfer to another van but with no joy .got there in the end but a phone number would be helpful really but it got sorted thanks NO2”

“JL4 was helpful and efficient. Heads up the chat cuts off silently whilst you are in the queue if you are waiting longer that 15 mins and on another screen on your computer - v annoying!”
