“Ordered placed on January 1st - despatched on Jan 5th - paid for first class delivery ! I’m still waiting for my order on 11th January - when I enquired about my order on 7th Jan I was told it should be with me soon & the tracking number provided does not work”
“When i ordered before the date that it was promised to deliver for christmas, it got lost in the post(it happens not much you can do) shortly after not recieving any updates i emailed the customer service team when they didnt get back to me until over a week after christmas with me having to semd 2 follow up emails. After getting ahold of the right person it was eventually sent amd arrived afyer new years.”
