Am disappointed with my recent purchase of a Sheaffer pen that it came with no refill inside. The purchase process did not advise me that there would be no ink in the pen! I saw refills pop up as an additional option but as this was a present for someone else I thought they could buy a refill when the ink ran out. For £57, I would expect the pen to write. Wouldn’t shop with your company again.

the pen was great , my brother was very happy with the gift. However he did not recieve it on time, it was a day late. The package had obviously become wet at some point. the address was barely legible . I have been trying to send a picture of the package to no avail. With out the trusted post man who thought it could be mine I am sure I would not have recieved it at all.

Delighted with their excellent customer service - responsive and sensible. I ordered 2 x boxes of Mont Blanc refills (c.£30), but ordered the wrong ones (should have been finlliner, mistakenly ordered rollerball). I dropped an email to their customer service team, looking to exchange and they were (1) instantly agreeable (2) were quick with the response and (3) have just emailed to say that they have dispatched the replacement refills. Brilliant! Well done to Pen Shop and the customer service team.

I ordered several pen refills which arrived promptly, were well packaged and were what I asked for. The website was easy to use. I have purchased refills from The Pen Shop before and would be happy to do so again.
