Ordering the pen itself was easy, the engraving not so much as it would not show in the cart. The shop helped deal with this over the phone and send a separate invoice for the engraving, which was paid immediately. However, I am still getting messages asking me to pay (2 so far). Overall if it were not for the issues I'd be marking higher. I have not been able to rate the product as it's a gift and will not been seen until tomorrow. Marc

Great Customer Service. I own a very special Cross pen and have had several unsuccessful attempts to purchase refill cartridges for it, Once I contacted the Pen Shop, they replied very quickly & asked for photos of the pen, cartridge alongside a ruler. Once I sent these off, the Pen Shop were able to ascertain the exact refill which I required. I ordered these and within 3 days, they were delivered by Royal Mail. Great Customer Service and prompt delivery. Highly recommended

Unfortunately sent the wrong colour refill (thats the only reason they didnt get 5 stars), but their customer service department was easy to contact and sent the correct one in super quick time, so would defintley recommend.

I have been rying for years to a refill for my Mot Blanc pen which was given to me by an old boss. I ea so pleased when I saw I could odeer one on line. Alityle expensive bit wad for two. Although I thought the postagw was a bir steep, but it is a pleasere to be able to write with my beautiful pen.
