“The first time I used Petworld.ie was a great experience. My dog food arrived quickly (although it was just dumped at the end of our driveway) but since I got notified by the app that it was delivered, it was fine. However, this time (my second time) using Petworld is a totally different experience. I got a notification that the dog food was delivered as usual, but when I checked, it wasn't anywhere to be found. When I checked the tracking app again, the status was delivered, with "signature obtained". I live alone and unless my dog signed for it and hid it, I guess it went to the wrong address. I went to the Fastway website where the issue basically went into a black hole. I have had no reply from Fastway and have no idea where the delivery is. I checked with my neighbour and they haven't received anything either. I know this is technically not the fault of Petworld.ie, but now I am reluctant to buy the dog food from the website again as I just don't trust the delivery service.”

Adrian Thanks for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. As you discovered the next morning, the dog food had been delivered to the incorrect address and the person who recieved it kindly brought it to you. We contacted the couriers to make them aware that your parcel had been delivered to the incorrect address to ensure the driver was made aware and try to ensure the same mistake is not repeated.
