“Terrible delivery service. Ordered dog food 10 days ago, still hasn't arrived.”

“This was my first order with petworld and my order was delt with sufficiently. I got confirmation email and tracking. My brother has been ordering dog food and accessories from them for years and recommended them to me. I will definitely order again next month. I has a small issue with delivery to wrong address but that was delivery company not paperwork’s as my details on package were correct and clear.”

“I'm happy to find a way good quallity of a dry food for my dog. Because he is now as 11 years old dog, and since puphood he was allergic on chicken and poulltry ingrideants. However a delivery also contributed to me a be more satisfied kient.”

“I am so pleased with my purchase and the customer service received from Petworld! I placed an order of multiple items to make a donation to the dogs shelter we got our dog from. This was an in memory donation so I needed it by a certain date. Eva went above and beyond to make sure the order arrives on time. I cannot thank her enough. The items are lovely too and were very well packed. I will surely buy from Petworld again in the future.”

“The delivery was fast but the fast way delivered for a wrong person, and I had reached out Peteworld telling abou what happened and nobody replied. For lucky I went searching by myself and found the person who took my order.”
