“I recently purchased dog food from you, grain free Natura. When I went to pay for it, it immediately said Thank you Padraig. My son is Padraig with similar email to me, but with Padraig s name not mine Joan. The payment was charged to Padraig Deegan s account , not mine Joan Deegan. I was not given the option of giving my visa card details.. This was so embarrassing. Can you please explain what happened here. The food was delivered as promised”

Hi Joan Thanks for getting in contact. The account that was set up was in your son's name, with your name and address as the delivery recipient. The payment was charged to the card entered under Payment method, perhaps this has been saved on the device you are using? We can only charge to the payment method inserted and our email message is to the person who made the payment. I hope this clears up the matter for you. Kind regards Bronagh
