“Your delivery service was as fast as it has always been. However, for the second time, my printer rejected the cartridge as “damaged” to start with. Only after I discovered a tiny bit of the orange plastic from the cover one needs to break off still protruding and filed it off did my printer accept it.”

“Ridiculously overpriced for a couple of cartridges of ink but they always are. Still cheaper than a new printer but ……….They arrived on the correct day so I got what I paid for, nothing more nothing less. Not sure that providing quite such a basic service requires any congratulations or for that matter a review. To be honest I was fine with the deal until I got yet another request for a review cluttering up my inbox. I know that I can opt out but why should I have to?”

“I recently received an order of 4 cartridges plus 2 free units. Extremely prompt service, and whilst I have not installed any of them yet, based on previous experience they are very good quality and work well with my Epson printer.”

“I needed a black cartridge for my Epson printer. I attempted to order it on line, but when it came to paying in the checkout the process froze. I tried several times without success and ended up placing my order over the phone with a very helpful member of staff.”
