“Very happy with the new batch of inks. The only problem I had was the delivery firm, did not let me know the inks had been delivered to the back garden. I cannot always be in my house and a card through the letter box would be so helpful, saying where they were. I have advised that firm what i expected from them!”

Hi Robert I'm sorry that the cartridge isn't functioning correctly. I see you also contacted me by email, and that I have already sent a replacement.
