We had an excellent, first class experience with Nadine. She instantly made us feel at ease, especially my son who was undergoing the adhd assessment. We we're so impressed by her professionalism,knowledge and warm & caring demeanor . My son felt very at ease with her and is considering having some councelling sessions with her which speaks volumes. We thought she was wonderful and we can't thank her enough. Our experience with everyone we have come into contact with has been exemplary.

Excellent service from start to finish. All clinicians we have seen have been professional and friendly putting my daughter at ease. Great communication throughout also.

I was initially quite anxious at the thought of a 2 hour assessment, and whether I would be able to recall specifics from childhood, but Diane made me feel at ease immediately. She was friendly, patient, and asked thoughtful questions that helped guide my memory without ever feeling leading or suggestive. This helped me reflect more clearly on my experiences, and I felt listened to and understood throughout. What could have felt like a daunting process turned out to be a really validating and supportive conversation.

Had a really positive experience with Dr V, I finally feel like I am understood. There were areas he was instantly able to support. I literally went home feeling relief that I am now on a new journey of support after my confirmed diagnosis.

Nadine was absolutely wonderful. She made my little boy, Harry, feel so comfortable and at ease. Her calming and open persona allowed him to really open up to her about some of his behaviours and why he acted in certain ways. I can't thank Nadine enough for her support toward both me and Harry.
