Speaking with most Dr's or medics can ne a chore, not these people. I honestly can't thank them enough. (suppose payment solves that) following a horrible experience with another private medical company they are a breath of fresh air. Polite, efficient, understanding and empathetic when needed.

Trying to locate your building in Leicester is not the best as the signage outside the building does not say rainbow medical . Grace was fantastic and was really clear in the structure of the feedback process and made really good connection with my daughter which was fantastic .

Excellent as always. We we're struggling to find a day time appointment which suited us but Dr Windell very kindly accommodated us and saw us one evening. Great service and very much appreciated. Can't speak highly enough. Thank you.

Grace was very welcoming and a lovely person. The environment, the room we were in was really relaxing and open. Grace helped us to be relaxed , a very calming nature, gently spoken, but got the information across to us. Thank you so much for this Good experience.

Rainbow Medical have been brilliant, a really quick turn around. I decided to go private for my ADHD titeration, after an NHS diagnosis in 2024 and no futher action from them. It feels like my progress has been really swift. I've been assessed by a really friendly Dr. who fully explained the process and what to exdpect going forth in my journey. So glad I took the steps and went ahead privately after the painful disappointment of my treatment previously.

Good communication and openness about the process steps and cost. The Doctor was lovely, explained the titration process and the differences in ADHD medication that was beyond any expectations I had. I was so pleased to learn the differences the reasoning behind the selection choice and what to expect.

It was ok but the signal wasn’t great so there was a delay. And at times I found the doctor quite abrupt in his manner, particularly when we misunderstood a question.

At Rainbow Medical, we actively encourage and facilitate feedback from all our patients and their families, as it helps us learn and continually improve our service. I have spoken with the doctor involved, and he has asked me to pass on his sincere apologies if he came across as abrupt — this was never his intention. Unfortunately, it appears there were some connection difficulties during your online consultation. While we believe the main technical issues may have been related to the connection on your side, we fully appreciate how frustrating this must have been for you. In hindsight, it might have been better to switch from a video call to a telephone call to avoid those interruptions and delays. The doctor explained that, because this part of the assessment was especially important, and due to the ongoing connection issues, he was making an extra effort to ensure each question was clear and understood. We can see how this quest for clarity might have come across as abrupt, but it was certainly not intended. We value your comments and will reflect on them to make sure our communication remains clear, respectful, and supportive — even in less-than-ideal technical circumstances. Andrew Patient experience.
