As going backwards and forwards from the doctors about a misdiagnosis of adhd, the doctors have really been non existent for me they really haven’t helped in the slightest so I thought I would reach out to sort my problems myself as I have had enough, it was really good to finally be able to sit down and speak to grace Donovan and actually be listened to and to put me on the right path very quickly also. Would fully recommend and looking forward to getting to the bottom of this.

My appointment with Dr Windell For my ADHD medication and in fact the whole process throughout with him was amazing. He made me feel heard and seen for the first time in my life. He reassured me that things can and willl get better. He spent the time to discuss each medication and made me feel like I had the choice on which path wanted to take.

Our discussion with Dr Vilanova with regards possible medication to help our son was very informative. He explained the benefits and possible side effects to us, we really appreciated his advice and openness.

Both sessions I had with Nadine for adult Adhd felt comfortable, well delivered and I was very appreciative of a Saturday slot helping to schedule around work. In the same week 2 assesments have been done and the final review is in less than a fortnight. I'm already feeling progress in my journey and well-being. I would highly recommend!

I'm answering for my daughter but she walked out saying "I really liked her!" Rather loudly and then preceded to talk about her for that 1.5 hour journey home, so... Yeah, um, I guess pretty good. Haha! Thank you very much to Nadine, very much appreciated.

Incredibly high level of care, every individual I have interacted with has been more than helpful, often taking extra effort to assist and ensure things are communicated and in place for myself. The level of understanding for my difficulties has helped me realise I'm not just a broken idiot, and has helped me be more kind to myself. As an ADHD individual now effectively medicated, I have found Rainbow Medical to be the most straightforward and navigatable service I have ever used, even before I began medication. My life has been drastically improved for the better, I still have a long way to go, but for the first time, I am capable of things I never thought possible. A big thing for me is I am even doing things without needing support, being repeatedly poked, reminded, or even someone to simply drag me the whole way through the process. Still not everything, but it is a major difference from having 10 things I have to do before the end of the week, and achieving none of them at all and spending the week repeatedly getting angry with myself because I have to, and want to do them. But it is clear this is something that now I am becoming functional, I will only keep improving on and maybe one day start feeling like im living and not suffering.

I have been meeting with Dr Logan Windell for a few months now since I received my diagnosis for ADHD. He is always kind and very understanding. He is able to create a space where I feel so able to express myself knowing that I will never feel judged. Going through a diagnosis of ADHD can be really hard as you have to openly talk about aspects of your life that you have never vocalised before. Dr Windell has always validated my feelings and allowed me to put them into context. When choosing my medication he was really helpful and fully informed me to make my own choice and has offered great advice whilst I go through titration.

Excellent. Every stage of the assessment process has been communicated very well. Each assessor we have met has been kind, caring and professional. They are extremely supportive and knowledgeable, happy to help ease my anxiety and answer all my questions. I have recommended rainbow medical to my friends and family already.
