“I had a fantastic experience with everyone I worked with at Ritani. The customer service and gemologists really helped me narrow down the perfect setting and diamond ring. I was able to preview it in my home city with an expert named Candice. She did an amazing job explaining everything I needed to know. Absolutely love how the ring turned out—I got a much higher graded diamond than what I could have at my local jeweler!”

“Absolutely beautiful my fiancé is overly impressed and loves her diamonds including all of her friends and family that have commented on it and said there is this absolutely gorgeous shipping and receiving in communication has been spectacular customer service as above and beyond.. very much a hands on experience, and any time there was a potential issue. Customer service stepped in to answer all questions and make sure that the entire process from ordering and receiving the item was excellent, including after two weeks, touching base and making sure that everything was still OK.”

“I really highly recommend Ritani, despite numerous problems (created by me) throughout this entire journey, customer service was always there to answer my questions and clear up any concerns I had. 10/10 for all the people working at Ritani because it’s not easy dealing with stressed customers who don’t always connect all the dots. The diamond itself is beautiful and I couldn’t be more happy. All the exchange processes and returns etc. went very smoothly.”

“My partner (now fiancé) and I had been looking at engagement rings for a few months when we came across Ritani. Initially, we thought the business model was too good to be true. We had been to dozens of local shops and everything felt like a compromise or unreasonably expensive. The folks at Ritani were extremely helpful and worked with me without any sort of pressure at all. I am very happy to report that working with Ritani was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The product quality is amazing, and I really appreciate their transparency in an industry that can sometimes be so cagey. I was delighted at every step of the process. I'm still not sure how Ritani can offer such quick turnaround, with great service, at these extremely fair prices. Most importantly, the ring was perfect.”

“The ring is exactly as ordered and I’m satisfied with the center stone, though per the advertised image of the ring I had expected the accent band diamonds to have a bit more pop, or be more clarified, but I still couldn’t say I’m disappointed, it’s a beautiful style.”
