“I had a tremendous experience with Ritani Customer Care. My order, a set of diamond earrings, was delayed as one of my chosen diamonds took longer than expected to deliver. It was very important to me that my order arrive by a certain date as they were a wedding gift for my wife. The Customer Care team got in touch, worked with me to source a similar diamond that could be obtained on time, and even price matched the difference in costs of diamonds. I received my earrings on time to give them to my wife on our wedding day. She loves the earrings and they look stunning. I would absolutely recommend Ritani and I tell friends and family this story of the amazing customer service I received.”

“I had a little problem with my chain being knotted and after some discussion with costumer service, they had me send the chain back, which they supplied the mailing label for w/2 day shipping and fixed the problem. The necklace is pretty and what I expected. I would order from them again, especially knowing now that they will stand behind their product.”
