“Positive: Order processing smooth so far. Their mounting prices are net prices (they don't take a cut like some other tyre website do.) Negative: Price jumped up 10 EUR overnight while tyres were in my basket, resulting in 40 EUR extra! Hotline not available. Neutral: Cannot comment on tyres as I haven't received them yet.”

“Alors le site, le service et les prix sont très correct et intéressent, pas de mauvaise surpris avec rubbex. Ce pendent qui dis de belle jantes pas trop cher dis aussi une qualité qui va avec...les jantes sont fragile dans le sens ou si l'on effleure un trottoir ou un trou un peu trop profond la jante est vite marqué alors il faut être prudent sur ses manœuvre.”

“Molto soddisfatto del servizio offerto. Dopo aver ricevuto il pagamento, i pneumatici sono stati spediti lo stesso giorno. La consegna in Corsica ha richiesto 3 giorni. Il servizio di notifica funziona bene. L'installazione è stata rapida e di alta qualità. È troppo presto per parlare di qualità dei pneumatici.”

Grazie per il suo commento sulla data di produzione dei pneumatici di Goodyear. Siamo spiacenti che non e rimasto soddisfatto dall'età dei pneumatici. Le assicuriamo che i pneumatici datati 16 mesi sono ancora in ottime condizioni dal momento che vengono immagazzinate nelle migliori condizioni generali. I pneumatici normalmente invecchiano oltre a causa dell'immagazzinamento, soprattutto in seguito all'utilizzo su strada. La sola data di fabbricazione non influisce necessariamente sulle prestazioni o sulla sicurezza dei pneumatici. Tuttavia, prendiamo in considerazione le Sue preoccupazioni e vogliamo assicurare che Lei è soddisfatto dei nostri prodotti. Restiamo a disposizione per rispondere a qualsiasi domanda o dubbio. “Home page recommended the tires and were highlighted with a yellow banner in the top, however, when the tires arrived in December 2023, they were DOT 2019, 4.5 years old. How can they recommend 4.5 years old tires? The DOT code was not provided during the check-out process and first time this information was provided was in the order confirmation email. I reached out to the customer service who agreed that its not transparent and advised me to refuse receiving the tires, since they already were shipped. Tires were delivered when I was not home and now I am stuck with 4.5 years old tires. Thank you for nothing Rubbex/reifen.com.”
