We are a day nursery and were impressed by the items and prices on the website. We have attempted to purchase items but cannot get to the payment page. I tried ringing the company but only got the engaged signal. There has been no response to emails sent either. Having looked at the other reviews of orders not arriving I will not be pursuing this order with this company

Despite numerous emails and requests regarding a missing order which had been paid for in full, over a month later I have still not received a response Shocking customer service, will definitely not be using them again and I have still not received my goods!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED didn't read reviews before as you take for granted a sensory education website would be legitimate especially when most people ordering must have children with additional needs. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ...SAME AS OTHER REVIEWS SAME EMAIL SAME RESPONSE....ZERO. I'll be attempting to collate every other person's bad review and handing it to the police to shut you down. You should be ASHAMED.

Order placed and paid for on 11th December 2023, received email 13th December 2023 to say order dispatched. Goods still not received. No tracking number added on the tracker link. Although reply received to first email, more recent emails have not been answered.

I don’t understand how this company has gotten such a high rating based on my experience and what I’ve read outside of this website. I ordered a Carousel Spinning Seat for £133 intended as a birthday gift for my 5 year old son. One month has passed along with my son’s birthday and it’s still not arrived. I’ve sent loads of emails, some as follow ups now turned to demands for a refund. Apparently this company does not offer refunds. So now the aim is to share my loss so others don’t have the same experience. If you’re intending on buying from this site please look elsewhere (Amazon!) as this site is a fraud.

I have not received my order, I cannot get in contact with customer services through email nor phone call! There is no despatch order number to track the items, I made the order on the 10th December and still nothing. I will not be ordering from this website ever again and has ruined my daughters Christmas completely ! I still have no date for delivery and now they have closed for Christmas!

Awful shocking never again customer service what customer service I brought pink ear defenders for my daughter with autism and they sent red instead so I’ve called emailed left voicemails only just got back to me no apologies why it takes so long admitted to there mistake still no apologies shocking daughter with no ear defenders was going to reorder in pink again but don’t trust them at all payed more somewhere else as I know they are reliable and respected never again

Was not told when ordering that item was not in stock. Received an email stating it had been dispatched. Took 3 weeks to tell me they don’t have it and have changed the website to state pre order for 28th Dec. Ordered as a Christmas present. Have yet to acknowledge refund request.

Made endless phone calls sent emails no response we ordered way back in November. My order had not turned up it’s for my daughter for Christmas and no no has been returned to my bank.

I can see this item was ordered on 24th November and had a clear 4 week lead time advertised. You contacted us on the 10th December and stated you wished to cancel, you were responsed to within minutes and the refund processed. As with all bank refunds they take a few days to credit, that is normal. Feel free to google DEBIT CARD refund time frames.
Placed an order in September. Half the order was not delivered. I have sent countless emails, left countless messages on the 0330 number, who promise to get back but still not response. The 0800 is constantly engaged. Worst customer service. Now they are demanding payment. Will not be paying until they get in touch. Invoice number is 951210456. Wish I could give nil stars

Thank you for your feedback, i do not see you have a credit account with us and due to your overdue balance on account we cannot send out additional goods. If you could arrange to pay for delivered goods we can release other items subject to your credit limit approval.
I’m still waiting for my order, I have ordered 2 item but have only received one! Bath gel I have but not yet received the bubble lamp. I have called and emailed but no reply! It’s been weeks!
