“Very happy and the items arrived speedily. I orderec a smaller third item and although the correspondence said it would arrive with the larger items I have yet to receive it so I can’t yet comment on the quality.”

“Although a telephone conversation would have been helpful, I was able to contact Sensory Education via the online form on the website and via email. All my emails were answered promptly and courteously. The customer service team were very helpful and resolved my issues above and beyond what I expected. My refund was back in my account swiftly. I sent turn my thanks.”

“Ordered 2 sensory lamps over 3 weeks ago for my grandsons birthday. Lower priced one arrived within a week. More expensive still outstanding, very little help from Customer Service who are blaming postal strikes ???goods get delivered by dpd??? Thanks to them we'll miss the birthday surprise. No good phoning - after a recorded message they cut you off.”

“Super products, will be perfect for our water wall at school. Bit if a delay on delivery but upon emailing asking when my products would be delivered I was emailed back promptly and sent a courier email the next day and received delivery a few days later. Will use this company again.”

“Much better than the previous one from Amazon. The bubble control actually changes the bubble size, more stable than previous one and the lights are better, fairly quiet pump as we. I would recommend this to anyone after one for the kids room just remembered to order the bracket to secure it to the wall. Would have given 5 star if the bracket was included or was a more reasonable price.”
