I ordered 2 items on 19/07. On 07/08 I contacted them to say I had not received either item - one was dispatched that day and the other has yet to arrive. There is no way to call and when I email, I just receive an automated email saying to start a returns process! I wouldn't use them again.

Hi I think the problem lies with not making customers aware of how long delivery will actually take! I was promised 3-5 days but didn’t get the products till a month later. There is also a problem with missing items in a delivery, to this day I have not received a primary bean bag I had ordered and have not been updated about its whereabouts! Parent with children who have SEN are already very stressed and they don’t need more stress adding to it. With regard to the prices they were the best I had found I just wish someone had been honest about delivery times from the onset. I also would love an update about my missing item

Ordered 9th July, received 28th!!! No idea why it took so long, will think twice before ordering anything else.

I have tried to contact multiple times emailed twice about 2 faulty items but had absolutely no response. I’ve tried to call but that’s currently not being connected. And yet I keep getting marketing but zero customer service !

The toys are fine (they were replacements as someone stole the last set). There was something a bit odd from the order date to final delivery and the box had been opened and items removed most likely in the DPD warehouse. That was disappointing given the circumstances. Complaint was lodged and no acknowledgement or response yet.

Failed to deliver then after chasing the second promised delivery received the wrong items. Still waiting for a response

Unfortunately I haven’t had a good experience. My order got lost and when the second order arrived it wasn’t what I had ordered, so unfortunately I can’t say it’s been a satisfactory experience.

Took 6 weeks to arrive and l had to keep chasing the order. The courier then couldn't find the property and took them back to the depot having waited in all day for the eventual delivery. Many of the goods bought didn't all work eg 1 out of three glow balls and stretch tubes. After such an awful experience l couldn't be bothered to return useless items after such a long wait but have binned them and will not use Sensory Education for my inclusive nursery again.

In regards to your review, we noticed that you mentioned the products were bought for a nursery setting. However, we would like to clarify that many of the low-value pocket money items you purchased have age 3 plus safety testing, as per the product safety labels. Ordered the items on 5th March and at that time was not told there would be any delays. The items were delivered on 31st March. While there was communication around 10days later to inform us there would be a delay I didn’t expect it would be near 4 weeks later. The items are of good quality apart from being smaller than expected. Doubt I’ll order again due to the time to wait.

We are still waiting on our items several weeks later and yet we are being badgered to pay the invoice and told we will get charged a late fee if we don't. We should not even be invoiced until the items are despatched, let alone expected to pay an invoice before goods are received. This system needs to be reviewed.

Took two months for all items to finally arrive after numerous chasing and ignored emails (there's no phone number evident to call) when the last item was finally sent out, it has arrived but it very scuffed/dented and not in 'new' condition. It does work so haven't bothered to complain as won't be worth the hassle/ignored emails.

Waited 3 weeks for a small delivery and it wasn't prossesd untill I sent 3/4 emails asking for a refund, they said it was too late as they processed it the very next day

A huge shame that the order was so delayed, which then missed the birthday I had made the order for in plenty of time considering the 3-5 working days stated. No reply to my emails sent.

I placed an order for a bubble lamp for my grandaughters 1st birthday. I was not told there would be a delay. I emailed several times and was told it had been despatched but there was no tracking information. It finally arrived a month later. The lamp is nice but I would have ordered from elsewhere so I could have had it in time!
