There was one item missing from my order and the order was delayed quite substantially. Although there was some communication to address delays there was a further delay that I had to chase. The items we have received are lovely but I am disappointed with the delivery which took almost 3 weeks in all.

I placed my order on 24th Nov. 1st December I received an email to state it was due for dispatch within 2-3 days. Parcel was finally delivered on 16th December, during which time I had endlessly tried to contact SE with absolutely no luck. Box was broken with a huge hole in it and 3 items were missing. I've heard nothing back regarding where these items are. Items I did receive were ok, 1 I had to bin as it was in too much of a dangerous condition to give to my son.

Item received was broken. I now have to send it back for a refund. I’ve paid postage to receive a broken item and will now have to pay postage to return. Refund notification is for item price only. I may as well have just sent them some money and avoided the hassle and brought the item elsewhere.

Hi Marc, If you use our returns portal our return policy for faulty and damaged items is free return.

The mixed beanbags were very disappointing. The picture I based my order on was a round tub with a mix of yellow, blue, red and green beanbags. What I have been sent is 10 green and red beanbags in a rectangular storage tub that the label has not even been removed from. Not happy with the purchase, not good value for money

Not impressed, I tried to contact this company several times, with the same non relevant automated response twice. There is no telephon contact number for the company, customer service is very bad. Then the audacity to ask for a review... Really.

I bought wobble stools for my class. Items were of good quality but I miss judged the size. I have been trying to send these back for over a week and the customer service has been incredibly poor/the return process seems purposely difficult.

I emailed the Customer Care Team 1 week ago about a malfunctioning Bubble Tube Lamp that we would like replaced. I was initially pointed towards the online returns form. On finding out that I would have to organise the return of the malfunctioning product I abandoned the form and returned to messaging through email. This message has not been responded to.

Still waiting for my order that was placed a week ago. Sent an email to get back a generic response which didn’t answer my original query at all. Sent another email to get back the same generic reply! Order is still showing on my account as unfulfilled, no dispatch email, no due by date, and unable to speak to an actual person due to them still working from home so the contact number is useless, email is the only way to contact anyone and yet I still can’t get an actual reply from an actual person. Wish I had read the reviews.

Waiting since 12.10.2021 for Customer Service to respond to me regarding one of the disco bath lights that do not switch on. Had a case number from them but as yet have heard nothing. Also emailed but still nothing. Item was a present which I obviously could not give.

Purchased items but never received confirmation, nor did the items arrive. One month later, purchased again. Received two orders at same time. When tried to return 2nd order, after much back n forth via email, was informed of restocking fee. Disputed this to no avail. Ended up keeping both orders as cannot afford to lose money. UNABLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE DIRECTLY. WILL NOT USE SENSORY EDUCATION AGAIN.
