The product was lovely but there wasn’t a leaflet in the box and there was no markings on the products to show that they were safety tested. I did look for the website to query this but I the search came back negative. I therefore didn’t give the goods to my grand daughter as I couldn’t be sure they were safe for her to use. I assumed I had been scammed with fake goods

The packaging wasn’t great although items aren’t damaged inside which was a relief. Delivery was delayed. Other than that it was ok.

Good choice and reasonable price. Only downside was the delivery was very slow.

sensory education have been awful to deal with. I placed an order in April, product did not arrive. Despite several emails and form filling out, I have not had a refund. One email directed me to returns portal, not helpful as I have submitted this form several times. Not a happy customer

This order took weeks to come and on the day it was getting delivered you decided to tell me the funnels were out of stock, I could have got them somewhere else.

Website easy to use and found great items for a new baby gift. Order arrived safely and not damaged Disappointed that one large box item arrived without any type of packaging and delivery label stuck to it. I’m all for reducing packaging but with no way of removing the delivery label without causing a mess to the box, it’s not a great look to present as a gift. Have contacted customer service by email, no reply

First time using Sensory Education and was impressed initially with the good prices offered. Placed an order for 3 items and paid. A week later we received a refund for one of the items, no explanation as to why or any offer of a replacement. We received the 2nd of 3 items and although it was an order placed it was not the item that was out for delivery. Emailed Sensory Education received a reply to say the query was with the warehouse and would get a response in 3-5 days !. Still not received outstanding item or had an indication of when it will be out for delivery. I may be being a little harsh but offering good prices, although great, if the overall service to back the good price up isn't there then return business is unlikely

I am very pleased with the product ordered now that it has finally arrived, but what a wait! I had to phone twice to follow up and was starting to get concerned. Hopefully this will prove to be a once off issue as I fully intend to purchase from sensory education again now that I see it is indeed a genuine company.

Looking into your issue, your order was accidentally placed on hold as we had you down on half term break as an educational establishment and we hold them orders back to avoid failed deliveries and return of goods. Placing the order was easy and I was updated throughout on the delivery status of each item. As items arrived they were checked against the order and it was noted that we had received an incorrect item. I tried to call you about this but no telephone number, so went online to try and effect a return/exchange. This process is tedious & still not resolved; I believe I am waiting for a response from you about a warranty claim. It is not a warranty claim but simply that we received the incorrect item and are wanting to exchange it for the right one. I would be keen to understand how this matter can be resolved and look forward to hearing from you. On the whole you provide a great service but this return/exchange process does seem to let you down and leaves me with a sour taste in my mouth. I look forward to hearing from you. Delivery times were not clear, and what I believed to be 3-5 working days was over 10, when I did try to submit an inquiry I was just sent a generic email with a link to submit another inquiry, by this point it had said it was shipped though and did eventually arrive.

1st time ordering and don't think I will order again. delivered in a ripped box, wrong item in box got a cheaper item than what I paid for sent email about this but never got any reply. Order took longer to come due to increased orders so was told I would get compensated for being made wait which never happened. Disappointed with this order..

Thank you for your review. We do have a free returns process, if you feel an item is incorrect please can you lodge a return request so we can investigate the matter and arrange a return and refund.
This was my second attempt at ordering. After confirmation of first order I received an email saying order had been cancelled at my request. No, it had not. Attempts to contact regarding this were frustrating as I was asking a question your “chat bot” did not understand. Phoning was pointless due to coved restrictions. Still??!! I took a risk and reordered my item and was successful but you very nearly lost my sale due to circumstances I have mentioned.
