If I could have given no stars, I would! I would advise others not to buy from this company, based on my experience and as I will avoid them in the future! They boast 'easy returns' but in my experience nothing is further from the truth e.g a request has to be put forward and approved, in order to return products! I have dealt with numerous companies/organisations but I have never experienced anything like this! When goods are returned (by adhering to their returns policy), you are totally ignored! I am liaising with organisations to help me and to raise awareness. I have sent a formal letter, which to date has been ignored! I will be sending my second formal letter this week and I am prepared to take this as far as I need to - including court! There is some very interesting information online, also an article by The Guardian as well as reviews on Trustpilot (including those under cheap disability aids). ***Update: I have received a full refund for my returns! After the continued silence from S.E, I liaised with Klarna, logged my return with Klarna and then received a refund - thanks to Klarna! It has taken me months but I finally never have to deal with Sensory Education/cheapdisabilityaids.co.uk - again! I hope this information may help others! I have received an email from S.E. (it is a shame that I did not receive one when I was desperately trying to make contact as they owed me money!). The email does not acknowledge their actions (or lack of them!) or provide any sort of recognition of what I have had to endure, let alone an apology! Regarding the rating, it talks about,'changing your rating now your issue has been dealt with and refunded'. My answer is NO, I most definitely will not! If I could, it would undoubtedly be ZERO stars from me!***

Wish there was a 0 available! Terrible service from start to finish. Phone calls never answered, emails not responded to, weeks without my order and wrong when it finally arrived. Do NOT order from this company.

item arrived damaged 12th August. Emailed that day with photos, no response. waited unti l well after 5 days they ask for, emailed again 30th August but have still had no response. Customer service is non existent. Very disappointed 6 year old and a waste of money! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Ordered in june, still no delivery, was told being sent again ,received nothing, emails are not being answered now . No way of contacting them other than email,no response to email even after waiting the 3 days to make contact .

Purchased items but never received confirmation, nor did the items arrive. One month later, purchased again. Received two orders at same time. When tried to return 2nd order, after much back n forth via email, was informed of restocking fee. Disputed this to no avail. Ended up keeping both orders as cannot afford to lose money. UNABLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE DIRECTLY. WILL NOT USE SENSORY EDUCATION AGAIN.

Only received part of my order and they ignore my emails They send you part of the order then tell you it’s out for delivery then ignore you

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay in your order and we understand your frustration. You should have received a note on the packing paperwork inside the package advising you that the Jumbo dinosaurs were on back order. We are happy to inform you that these are now set for delivery this week, with DPD. As for your inquiries being ignored, please understand that we have been experiencing a high volume of emails due to the end of financial year causing a large uptick in school and hospital orders and i have raised this issue internally in case your messages have been blocked by the spam server. Most of order has not been delivered after more than 4 weeks. No communication. Emails go unanswered, no telephone contact available. Very poor service. Will never use again.

Hello In your DPD delivery app, the settings for failed deliveries are set as default. If you login to the DPD app this will allow you to configure your default delivery setttings. To avoid failed deliveries DPD also alert you of planned delivery times within a one hour slot and also allow you to rearrange delivery if you are not going to be in. Therefore if you failed to respond they would send the goods to your local collection point.

I ordered my product mid November. It’s now Jan 3rd and I am still waiting. Automated reply and no follow up even after requesting a refund. Am very disappointed.

Not really worth any stars at all. Ordered on the 26th November no tracking number given. These are my daughters main presents keep getting emails about postal strikes but yet I'm receiving parcels from other companies. I've asked for a refund so can get other presents for my daughter by next week but guess what! Had no response this is disgusting will definitely not be recommending and don't think I would ever receive my items.

Husband ordered a item for our son on the 12th June, still hasn't arrived and it's the 24th July. ! Can't get hold of anyone, sent 3 emails so far , had no replies from anyone, even tho they say reply within 5 working days , last email sent 2 weeks and still no response. We don't know what else to do apart from report them to trade and standards.

We have bought an item from this company which was faulty. We have tried on numerous occasions to contact this company by phone and email. For a significant period the telephone has an answer machine message that advises that there is a two day backlog. Emails are not answered and to date we have faulty equipment. This is a genuine review which I doubt will appear

Absolutely disgraceful poor service do not waste your time using them, took 4 weeks to receive order which was a birthday present so my nephew got this after his birthday, tried to communicate with company just same old thing was said and didn’t get anywhere

Appalling service and customer care. Ordered the sensory light table on 3rd March and it stated 2 weeks delivery frame. Still no table and I have tried to chase this numerous times!!!!

Wiring this review as have been asked to by the company - not sure I have anything good to day... Ordered 2 resources 1 was delivered fine, the other was the incorrect item. Contacted them via email - no reply, phone - no answer, and via their website - no reply.
