I placed my order on 24th Nov. 1st December I received an email to state it was due for dispatch within 2-3 days. Parcel was finally delivered on 16th December, during which time I had endlessly tried to contact SE with absolutely no luck. Box was broken with a huge hole in it and 3 items were missing. I've heard nothing back regarding where these items are. Items I did receive were ok, 1 I had to bin as it was in too much of a dangerous condition to give to my son.
