Ordered a cuddle swing- no order number received- money taken out of my account- no goods received in 4 weeks- email advised of second cuddle swing being sent out- still no order number- nothing received- no reply to second email- refund requested as you have taken my money but given me no goods.

Ordered a cuddle swing two weeks ago. I haven’t been notified when my delivery will be coming! Still not received my item! I paid and I am worried that they are not going to deliver!! I have sent multiple emails to ask about my order, no reply! Over £50 I paid!!!

Ordered for a child in our charity run preschool. And still not received item 6 months later. One email reply saying it’s being looked into, now won’t reply to any email. Also have been blocked by them on Facebook. Also don’t answer phones.

I recently purchased the new bean bag from your company for our children's reading corner, and I must say, I am absolutely thrilled! The bean bag is not only incredibly comfortable, but it's also very stylish and a perfect addition to our cozy little corner. Our children love it, and they always race to the reading corner after school to snuggle up on the bean bag with their favorite books.

I recently purchased a laser sphere for our care home's sensory room and it was definitely a hit among our residents. The sphere lit up the room with calming sensory colors that created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The quality of the laser sphere was excellent and the colors were vivid and bright. What I loved about this laser sphere is that it was easy to use and control. The remote control made it simple to adjust the colors and the speed of the lights, providing a variety of calming and stimulating sensory experiences for our residents. This laser sphere was the perfect addition to our sensory room and our residents absolutely loved it. They enjoyed the selection of lights and we noticed that it helped keep them calm and relaxed during stressful times. The quality of the product was superb and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great sensory room addition.

sensory education have been awful to deal with. I placed an order in April, product did not arrive. Despite several emails and form filling out, I have not had a refund. One email directed me to returns portal, not helpful as I have submitted this form several times. Not a happy customer

All in all not a great experience with this company. I have ordered a sensory light panel for my daughter’s birthday, as it stands it’s not likely to come in time as 4 weeks have already passed and no sign of it. I have emailed customer service and received automated responses. I have also filled out the form on the website to trace my order but no response from that either. Really disappointed with the lack of communication and worried I have paid out money to a company that cannot fulfil the order.

Took my money. Nothing arrived. Contacted over and over again only to receive one of my items - BROKEN! Ignores communication. This website is run by a conman.

I have tried to contact multiple times emailed twice about 2 faulty items but had absolutely no response. I’ve tried to call but that’s currently not being connected. And yet I keep getting marketing but zero customer service !

I waited once again after several emails & no reply why? I now waited another 5 days for a reply from yourselves but just the the automated reply as if you had read my first email or even looked at my order you would have realised my name is Grace not Jadene “on fire” ******** It’s seems like you’ve made no efforts at all to trace my order & not kept me informed about any processes or results since me first ordering on the 3rd June As I’ve given you plenty of time & been very patient (even when I’ve got a sensory needs little girl who is heart broken) I think it’s now time to get trading standards involved I know some items take longer to goods issue but there bespoke items not off the shelf items & to thinks I was going to order lots more items as you would be able to see by what I had in my basket but luckily for myself I cut this back & thought I’d wait for my first order first I also know I’m well in rights to take this to trading standard now as part of my job where I work is keep us legally compliant & within all trading standards policies & have worked very closely with them before
