“Good service although quite a long trip as were last to be dropped off and first pick up. Felt we could have left later on returning to airport, arrived very early for check in!”

“Allways had great service .there on time the car service is excellent . The only complaint I have is the prices for the quick shuttle and the basic shuttle. because most of the time there both the same service .so the people who has payed more are still on the same coach”

“Flew into girona on early am flight. Rep was waiting directed us out to bus, had approx 30min wait. My apartments were contacted with clear collection time n place day before departure and also I received email. Very pleased and good value for money.”

“Shuttle direct were easy to book and find on our arrival at the airport. We had a wait of about 20mins before our bus departed. My only problem was we were told we would be picked up outside the same hotel for our returned shuttle journey, but as the hotel was at a corner/street we waited at the same place as we were dropped off at, when in fact we were being picked up around the corner at the front of that hotel, and not the side. I would use them again.”

“Very good service, but need to expect waiting time at airport on arrival as the bus waits for several flights at a time. Return pick was on time and was scheduled to meet your return flight - it is excellent value for money versus other transfer options, even if it can take a little longer !!”

“Unfortunately on this occasion I was a little disappointed as booked private transfer from the airport. We waited a while before we rang to see what had happened to our pick up on arrival. The person I spoke with disnt speak much English and I could barely understand him. Thankfully someone who worked for another company helped us by contacting you to see what had happened to our transfer as we were not delayed. Communication from your end would of gone a long way with us. We had a small child with us who was extremely tired and frustrated which made waiting round and looking for you very hard. Our driver apologised when he arrived and contacted me prior to collecting us to return to the airport. Which was appreciated. I always use shuttle direct and frequently recommend you to others. However this was disappointing on this occasion for our incoming pick up.”

“Always a good service, but you get what you pay for and the cheaper option can mean a long wait on the bus until it leaves the airport. Then potentially a lot of drop offs before yours. Would use them again although pay for the better service.”

“Delivered service efficiently ~ driver dropped us off at wrong hotel but turned out it was only a short walk to correct hotel( May have been a language issue) Otherwise I was totally satisfied with service and would certainly use it again”
