Description of who to look for incorrect said rep in Orange t shirt was guy in shirt red tie with voyages reus not from ... anyway got picked up eventually but driver knew Salou less than I did and got a bit lost looking fur first hotel. Despite sat Nav.... so it works but it could be better

I have used this service many times and find it very good however the last time I used it I am at a loss as to why we were last off the bus but our resort was nearest the airport it went to callela first we were staying at lloret de mar

Fantastic price compared to taxi hire. Instant email confirmation with vouchers and upon return, emailed day before with confirmation of time of pick up. Both journeys not busy on bus and swift drop off/collection. Only niggle maybe have representatives in T1 (where I arrived) Had to call office quickly who confirmed it T2 I needed to be. Quick walk sand found the desk.

We had 25 people to pick up from Alicante airport at 12.45am and pick up from hotel at hotel 4 days later, Shuttle Direct were prompt and waiting on both occasions.

Service very efficient from Palma Airport to Porto Pollensa. However booking online not easy. Web site refused repeatedly to accept information and payments. A few " bug fixes" would help there a lot and keep traveller frustration down.

Booked on line no problem got confirmation.whrn I arrived at airport they were there with my name displayed.no problem with return journey either. I suppose I would have liked a text or email the day before my return journey just to confirm it .

Transfer said 2hrs, however we were last drop and took 2hrs 20 mins, otherwise good service

Very easy to book. Had a few reservations as had not heard of them before, but reviews seemed ok and it was very reasonable price. When we arrived in Ibiza we had some trouble finding the desk where we had to get information as to where to get the coach. It was not well signed and I asked at a desk as to where Shuttledirect were and found that I was at the desk, but there was nothing to tell me that! The coach was waiting though and dropped us off at our hotel with no problems. We had an information leaflet to tell us when and how we would be contacted for the return journey. Sure enough, our hotel received the information and forwarded it to us, and we also got a text message, all well in advance so that we did not need to start worrying! The coach came spot on time and took us back to the airport. So, no problems, good service, good price. Just make the desk in arrivals more noticeable and you would have got 5 stars!

Fantastic service, with super clean coach. My only reason for giving a 4 start and not 5 was due to the fact that no information was provided on where to find the coach or booth to register that you were there. We ended up looking in the coach park for ages and eventually found a jet 2 rep who told us where to find them. Other than that - brilliant!!!

Cheap comfortable transport to hotel and airport. Easy to book online and contact for return journey. We had to wait on the bus for a while at the airport before departing and were staying at the last hotel that the bus stopped at so it took a long time getting to hotel. Bus came at the time stated for returning to airport. I would use this service again
