Ready and waiting on time in both directions. Mini-bus was clean. The drivers were polite, helpful and got us to our destination. The price seemed a little high for a short journey but competitive compared to others online.

Tanti complimenti a questo servizio utilizzato nell’isola di Rodi. Ho prenotato in internet al prezzo migliore tra i vari concorrenti e non sapevo cosa aspettarmi. E invece sono sempre arrivati in anticipo rispetto all’orario concordato con bus nuovi e pulitissimi, con aria condizionata, conducenti gentilissimi e capienza di circa 15 persone che permette di non fare troppe fermate intermedie. Di certo vi utilizzerò anche in futuro e vi consiglio di affidarvi perché non rimarrete delusi.

Our transfer to and from the airport were on time and the vehicles were comfortable and air-conditioned, unfortunately the carseats were not as expected. On pickup from the airport I had to adjust the carseat as it hadn't been put in properly and then on our return journey the carseat wasn't strapped in and when I did it I realised part of the seat was broken. Carseats should be safety checked and drivers should know how to install them correctly.

Driver was waiting for us in airport arrivals. On our return journey to airport, the driver arrived on time. Both drivers were helpful and courteous and I will definitely use Shuttle Direct in future.

Det forløb bare sindssyg smooth. Vi ankom i palma lufthavn og henvendte os til dem i skranken, hvorefter de guidede os ud til bussen. 15-20 min efter kørte vi, da alle passagerne var med. Og to dage før afrejse sendte de en mail med hvad tid bussen ville komme og hente os på hotellet. Den kom til tiden og var endda 2 minutter for tidligt på den. Vi var i lufthavnen 3 timer før adgang. Helt perfekt og billigt. 400kr t/r. for to personer.

Best choice ever. They have a representative desk at the Chania airport. Bus was waiting outside (by the bus station at the airport), came just 10 min late on the pick up day (that's absolutely acceptable). Buses had air-conditioning and we're very clean. Drivers were polite, clean, presentable and very professional. Thanks for the great service! 👏👏👏

Der Service war perfekt. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: es fehlt in der deutschen Version der Hinweis, dass man die genaue Abholzeit im Hotel per E-Mail mitgeteilt bekommt. Im Voucher steht nur, dass man das Busunternehmen anrufen soll. Das ist irreführend. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden!!!

Overall ok. However some pointers when we arrived we were not told the meeting point. The person collecting us was like did you not get an email or text which I did not get. Maybe company should email/text a couple days before arrival. Had to contact company several times to change time for transfer back to airport as they were suggesting a later time. Could have done without the fuss
