“El sistema y el vehículo están bien, pero los tiempos son mejorables. A la ida tuve que esperar más de una hora desde que llegué hasta que salimos y el trayecto tenía tantas paradas que a la mía tardamos casi dos horas en llegar aunque no era muy lejos. La vuelta me recogió con un horario tan adelantado a la hora de salida de mi vuelo que llegué con muchísima antelación y tuve que esperar muchas horas en el aeropuerto, me imagino que para agrupar pasajeros que salían mucho más temprano que yo. Tienen que aumentar las frecuencias.”

“Se adelantó el día de entrega previsto y no estaba en casa ..con lo cual no lo dejaron. Cambiamos por email la dirección de entrega y no hicieron caso, volvieron por segunda ver a la primera dirección.”

“Unser Flug hatte Verspätung und ich konnte sie nicht erreichen die Telefonnummer war nicht zu erreichen. Die e Mail wurde auch nicht beantwortet. Wir mussten für 90 Euro zwei Taxis nehmen. Bei der Rückfahrt kam nicht wie gebucht ein xxl Van für 8 Personen sondern ein kleines Taxi und ein privates Fahrzeug in das kaum unser Gepäck passte. Die Fahrt war sehr unbequem. Ich fordere die Hälfte des Preises zurück.”

“Estupenda atención; puntualidad absoluta y trato muy profesional. Vehículos de calidad, limpios y muy cómodos (éramos 11 con equipaje voluminoso y nos distribuyeron entre un coche y una minivan con 8 plazas). Sin duda muy recomendable”

“I was impressed that our driver was fresh and ready to go at 0430. We made this arrangement online for a pick-up at a cruise port in Chioggia with only the port name and ship name. The vehicle was spotless and our driver was very professional.”

“When we arrived at our designated bus stop, we were left queuing in the sun for about 40 mins, there seemed to be some confusion about the buses and who was doing what, also when I rang up 2 days before my departure I was given a pick up time of 4.30 in the morning for an 8 o clock flight!! To make it worse we had to walk to another hotel to catch the bus one we'd never heard of!And it Airport was only a 15 minute drive away? I understand that there are other pick ups but that was ridiculous!! We ended up just getting a taxi and to be fair to shuttle direct they did give us a partial refund”
