“The journey was quick and comfortable. My flight arrived 30mins late but as I had no luggage to collect and soon off the plane and through passport control. I was unable to locate the Shuttle Direct driver in the arrivals hall. There was a phone call on my mobile from an unnamed destination, I later called the number but the message was all in Spanish, understandably. I left the airport building to see if I could locate the driver there but no sign. On returning to the arrivals hall, I received another phone call and located the driver, after that the transfer was good. Just a bit of a worry when there's no one there!”
