“we waited in a hot coach (no A/C) for 20 /25 minutes, then went to other resorts on the Costa Brava there was no microphone working and the driver was almost unintelligible calling out the names of the hotels, and names of the passengers,he had to walk up and down the coach with his phone showing it to the passengers . we were on the coach for 2 and a half hours until we reached our accommodation in Lloret and people were still on the coach going to Tossa de mar another 30 min I have used Shuttle Direct on a number of occasions without a hitch but this particular time was an unpleasant experience”

“Muy puntuales y amables. Estaban en el aeropuerto a la llegada esperando para acompañarnos al autobús. Para la vuelta igual, en el hotel a la hora acordada y el conductor se ocupó de cargar y descargar las maletas. Cómodo.”
