“Our transfer from the Airport took 2hours 50 mins.The driver stopped at hotels that nobody was staying at and was definitely lost. On arriving at lloret de mar with many people still on the bus we were told it was the last stop and we had to find our hotel ourselves. On a number of occasions I rang the office and even emailed them but I was totally ignored. I tried to cancel my return trip but was unable to . We ended up getting a taxi back to the airport which only too 30mins.Extremely disappointed with the service you provide and would not recommend you to anyone.”

“Soweit hat alles sehr gut geklappt, nur die Abholzeit für die Rückreise wurde uns von "Shuttledirect" drei mal falsch mitgeteilt. Da der Flug sich verschoben hatte, mussten wir daher selbst Kontakt mit dem Subunternehmer von Shuttledirect aufnehmen um die "richtige" Abholzeit in Erfahrung zu bringen.”

“Excellent experience from Faro Airport to Lagos, with best price. Solo travelling and all other operators offering minimum twice the price. Flight was delayed 1 hour but didn't seem like a problem. No long wait for others to join either. Driver and vehicle perfect. 7 people, just 4 drop offs in similar areas. Will 100% use again.”

“I ordered a minibus for 8 people and our luggage and what arrived was 2 yellow cabs that could barely fit our luggage in, we had to have it on our laps for a 3.5 hour car journey. The taxi driver was watching formula 1 on his phone and was very rude and unhelpful. His driving was dangerous and I was very uncomfortable for the majority of the trip.”

“Abbiamo usato il servizio dall aeroporto di palma de Mallorca al nostro hotel a Cala D’or, andata e ritorno ! All andata il nostro volo aveva più di un ora di ritardo e gentilmente l autista della navetta ci stava aspettando! Al ritorno è addirittura arrivato in anticipo a prenderci all hotel! Siamo rimasti davvero molto contenti del super servizio e della puntualità! Consigliatissimo!”
