“The outward journey from airport was not good as there was no driver waiting for us so someone had to go & find a taxi for us. The return journey was fine & on time.”

“The check in desk gave me the wrong bus number and I spent ages in the heat trying to find the right one! They said they would drop me near my apartment- I even showed them the map which showed i was near the hospital so s good landmark. She drove past that point and ended up just stopping and pointing up a small street off the beach which wasn't anywhere near. I had to walk back the way we came for 40mins in the heat of the day!”

“Es un servicio cómodo y a buen precio. Para el tramo desde el hotel al aeropuerto, para un vuelo a las 14:00, te buscan a las 9:50, es decir, se llaga al aeropuerto 3 horas antes.”

“Unfortunately our transport never picked us up as our name was not on the drivers list. Despite this and a quick phone call to the company this issue was quickly rectified and they sent a taxi to collect us and get to the airport on time.”

“We used Shuttle Direct to get us from Brindisi airport to Lecce. We arrived only 5 minutes late, but both immigration and baggage handling are incredibly slow, despite us being the only plane which had landed recently. When we eventually got through the driver was waiting for us with a clear notice with our names. He took care of the baggage trolley and sped us to Lecce. It all worked just as we wanted.”

“Our transfer from the Airport took 2hours 50 mins.The driver stopped at hotels that nobody was staying at and was definitely lost. On arriving at lloret de mar with many people still on the bus we were told it was the last stop and we had to find our hotel ourselves. On a number of occasions I rang the office and even emailed them but I was totally ignored. I tried to cancel my return trip but was unable to . We ended up getting a taxi back to the airport which only too 30mins.Extremely disappointed with the service you provide and would not recommend you to anyone.”

“Soweit hat alles sehr gut geklappt, nur die Abholzeit für die Rückreise wurde uns von "Shuttledirect" drei mal falsch mitgeteilt. Da der Flug sich verschoben hatte, mussten wir daher selbst Kontakt mit dem Subunternehmer von Shuttledirect aufnehmen um die "richtige" Abholzeit in Erfahrung zu bringen.”
