“Very useful portal for all relevant information and obtaining quotes. Of the 3 providers who quoted, all at a similar price, two were considered due to the detail and quality of service. The one chosen provided a relatively quick installation which went above and beyond expectations. The other quote was of poor service and this was the only one done by video call. I would not recommend anybody choose this method as I don't feel they can provide a proper service without visiting the property, at least in most locations. As an aside, the whole process of considering a solar installation came about following somebody offering to quote after knocking on our door. In short they provided a very poor service and a quote that was twice as expensive as rhe ones we received through solarquotes. It did kickstart the process though so it wasn't a waste of time.”

“While the responsiveness of Solar Quotes and the organisations that use this service was good, ultimately I didn't get any information that moved our decision making along. Two installers responded to Solar Quotes' call for a quote for us. Both acknowledged the request but I only heard from one with an actual quote despite SQ chasing the other. When I indicated that I was looking for a non-Tesla product I was provided with more information about inverters, but that just left me with more questions. Which is fine. So I am back where I started, still researching. Overall, the experience left me none-the-wiser about what product I should buy, but it was a start. And if we were to go with a provider via this process there is the Solar Quotes installation guarantee. I am now chasing up my own quotes.”
