“In recently deciding to install a PV System, I did my usual internet search to get me started. Of the many links my search displayed, I worked my way through a number of them and arrived at Solar Quotes. I would argue that this site is "one of the most comprehensive" sites you 'should' use when researching and organising your solar panel installation needs.
The site provides for three (3) quotes to be sent to you from installers linked(?) to the site. In a short space of time, I received separate eMails from two installers. Whilst I was engaged in communicating to these two installers, I wrote an eMail to "David" advising him that I had yet to receive communications from a [missing] 'third' installer. Within a day of that eMail, I received a further two eMails; totally 'four' installers. Fantastic communicators!
Each of the installers provided a quality quote for the 11kW PV System I wanted. ("Finn" also did a follow-up to ensure that I had received the additional quote.) Subsequent communications to me from each installer reflects, I think, the high quality of installers recommended by Solar Quotes. (I ended-up having to 'nit-pick' between the quotes, because they were each so good in their own way.)
When it comes to selecting a PV system, I can readily admit that it's "'far' from simple"! I began to refer to it as a "Mystical World" because of the [apparently] inexaustible technical details and issues associated with this technology. I found that the site provided a broad and extensive avenue for research and information which I was very grateful for. (I think it's important to note that I started-off as a 'Neophyte' when it comes to solar panel types, etc., and requirements.)
For me, the site navigation design simplified my ability to find lots of information quite quickly and easily. Naturally, the outcome of this, was that I was able to get to the stage where I could understand (and compare) the important elements quoted by each installer with a greater in-depth level of knowledge.
Bottom line? For me, if it were possible to give "Six stars" to Solar Quotes and the Team, I would be comfortable doing it. I strongly believe that had I not come across the site, I would not have been in the position where I felt very comfortable in making the final decision for my install.
