“Solar Quotes was used to obtain quotes for a Heat Pump Hot Water System.
It was disappointing that despite being in the heart of Brisbane only one company was provided to obtain a quote from and they were from the Sunshine Coast. Perhaps Heat Pump HWS are not a strong suit of Solar Quotes. 3 other quotes were obtained by reading and searches on Facebook in the 'Efficient Electric Home' Group. The one selected was one of these from Facebook and the Solar Quotes company ended up being one of two whose quote was well above the others.”

You’re right in the sense that heat pump quotes are still a relatively new area for us. We’re actively expanding our network and recruiting more qualified heat pump installers across Brisbane and other regions every week to make sure customers get more local options and competitive quotes in the future.

“I like the information provided by Solar Quotes it helped me decide on the sort of system I should install and I trusted the information. I understood their referral system and their rebate structure however one of the companies, despite initially making contact via email and being sent a follow up by Solar Quotes failed to participate in the quote process and the other while being informative and providing a quote used the reductions in rebates that is coming as leverage to try to get me to sign urgently.
Needless to say I didn’t use either company for the system I have purchased.”
