“Two out of three supplied quoting compnys responded. Both those who responded were competent and competitive. We went with the one who we thought addressed our rquirement best at the time and for the future.

“The information on your site is very helpful, however I am unable to reconcile the huge disparity between your recommended suppliers and the cheapies, quoting the same gear. 25% or so. I cannot see this is reasonable for promised enhanced installs and/or post sales support.”

“I found that being directly contacted on the phone was the best option rather than just email quote as this allowed me to instantly ask questions. One of these experiences was exactly this and in the end they were the ones selected for the work. Another seemed quite put out that someone had rung me a full week before them and I advised them that I had already settled on someone so they then wanted to know who and what was their price - which I refused to give. A third did ring but I spoke to a lady who said she couldnt really answer my questions as she was not qualified and was very instant that I arrange for someone to come from Melbourne to meet with me and my husband who she also insisted that I give his name. But must say I extremely happy with who I settled with and their constant help with paperwork and followup.”
