“Excellent comprehensive advice overall, some improvements could be made as follows:
1. Lots of installers even those with 3.5 stars on the site so some improved way of filtering and narrowing down rather than the current 'Top 5' or the rest would be useful
2. Automatic follow up could be improved, as if you write comments these are ignored it just send the automatic email, e.g. if a quote is not received it still sends a follow up email to the installer even though the appointment is booked.
3. Hard to evaluate how power output, and excess power is calculated for Optimisers and microinverters, in fact the difference between these two could be better described.”
“One was propmt in responding, one was possibly an out of state phone call which i usually do not answer unless they leave message (same with unknow mobile numbers). The third, Bob, solar wise, was pleasant and professional. This was the quote i accepted.”
