“Solar quotes delivered promptly on our receiving 3 solar installers to contact us and quote, however all 3 recommended suppliers/installers had differing opinions on what was the best option for our home which caused quite some confusion for us. i.e 1 recommended installing panels on the south side of our roof and that to extend on the existing solar array on the heavily shaded north side not viable/ worthwhile. One recommended extending on our existing 10Kw solar system on the north side of our roof in the heavier shaded section of the roof, 1 recommended to do neither but invest in a battery and upgrade the current elec HWS to a heat pump HWS. We were extremely suprised by such differing opinions/recommendations by professional solar experts. Not what we were expecting at all.”
