But I did not appreciate the last email requesting me to respond about the three quotes, and putting all the focus on a QUOTE. I informed SolarQuotes that I was going to take 3 months to make a decision. There was no option on the email sent to respond to the fact that two of the three had contacted me, and only one had given me a quote, and I wrote that the other company had corresponded with me with good details but I was not ready to ask for a quote. I feel pressured and that is not what I indicated: 3 months!!! Give us a break.”

“Three companies to quote were selected promptly. Each contacted me in good time. The first sent quotes after a phone conversation and submission of meter box photo and latest power bill.
The second sent quotes and asked for meter box photo and power bill later, and mentioned if asbestos was present in the box there would be a surcharge.
The third made an on-site visit, inspected the existing installation, listened to my concerns and identified the need for a meter box upgrade. Three quotes were sent with either different brand solar panels, different inverters, or both. All explained. Also options presented for hot water system timer, WiFi system monitor, and emergency power point built into the inverter.
I went with the third because of the personal attention and range of choices.”
