“What went wrong..? Well, this company do not reply to emails (I sent an email Thursday 23 November at 18:24 GMT). I called their phone number which costs me a high fee because it is a German phone number and there is only a recorded message without ability to speak to a human (the message of course is in German not the International language of English). How does this company expect to sell to non-German countries? Please will you look for my email of 23 November and respond (today is 29 November)”

“Very pleased with my Naos XL which arrived today, postage to the UK was much quicker than I expected and the packaging was excellent. I'm glad I chose the XL as I think the smaller one might have been a problem, I don't think I have very big wrists (maybe I do!), but I find I can only just do the strap up on the last hole. I'm hoping as it's natural leather it will stretch a bit, but really the strap would be better if it was just 1cm longer. Otherwise I love it, I've always been a fan of Bauhaus design and really like the understated minimalist look of the watch.”
