“The watch I purchased is very nice and is as advertised. Quality appears to be good and working in order. The subsequent super slim strap is also very nice. The only potential issue is the locking mechanism is very difficult to work and appears to not be as secure as it could be.”

“I had a problem with DHL delivery, they delivered a smashed, wet box with the watch inside. I contacted Sternglas and asked for a refund or replacement. I wasn’t sure if watch was damaged but I didn’t want to take a chance since box was wet and open. Sarah at Sternglas responded promptly and said she would send out a replacement immediately, which she did. Great customer service! Thank you Sarah!”
