“My problem is that I have not had a word about when my watch will come. I believe, Sternglas stated 3 days to get to\ me.”

“Poor customer service, but great watches. I ordered two new watchbands. One was not the color I expected, so I emailed customer support to ask how to do an exchange. I never got a response.”

“I love my Sternglas watch, but I was disappointed in the transaction. The watch I bought was advertised at $269, but Sternglas charged me $274 (which the amount shown on the receipt from the company itself). A company spokesperson claims that the difference is due to PayPal's currency conversion rate, which I don't understand. I would expect the PayPal receipt to show a different amount than the one advertised by Sternglas, but Sternglas itself should have charged me their advertised price. While I love the watch, I am annoyed by this discrepancy, small as it may be.”

“I have started wearing the Sternglas watch four days ago. The general quality and aesthetics are just fine. However, at the slightest touch of the glass protection, it dented. I was expecting a slightly higher quality...”

“El reloj va bien. Pero no transmite y baila demasiado en la muñeca. Pesa y mucho espesor .No se oye ningún movimiento. El cristal no se raya pero cuesta ver rápido la hora de un vistazo lateral.”
