“Not only does Sternglass make unique and stunning watches, but customer service, particularly provided by Sarah, is second to none. The initial delivery of a watch I ordered want to the wrong house by mistake. I alerted Sternglass, and not only did the original order arrive only a few hours late, but so did a second watch. Returning the second was as easy as possible. Now, I've got my eye on a different watch and this kind of customer service will keep me coming back. Thank you, Sarah.”

“The customer service at Sternglass has been excellent! I thought I had a problem with the delivery of the watch with DHL but, after Sternglas contacted them, DHL must have found the "missing" package and it was on my doorstep a couple days later Sternglas in the meantime had sent me another watch - just in case. When I received the second watch I didn't open the package but tore off the existing shipping labels, attached a label Sternglass had provided for me to print out, and had DHL pick it up at my place. Easy as pie. I must reiterate ... Sternglas customer service went above and beyond ... they are great!!”
