“Watch design is good but The dark brown strap is not like the picture. Its color is very close to black. It takes luck to get items like the pictures on the website. customer service won't help you at all. If you want a watch strap in this color, the solution is to buy a watch strap from ebay or amazon and replace it.”

The only thing to note is that the products are photographed with a lot of brightness. In the dark, of course, the products look different. “Great customer support! I communicated with Sarah and she was quick and solved all my problems, including canceling order of a wrong model I ordered, just in time. Then I ordered a better watch and I had it in 12 hours (cca 850 km far from Hamburg... insane speed of delivery!)”

“I purchased the Sternglas Naos Argo Limited Edition watch after seeing it on the website and being bowled over by the colours and minimalist design. The purchasing process via the site was straight forward and the watch arrived promptly and well packaged. Customer services have been quick to respond to any queries by email (they are based in Germany so calling was not possible). The watch itself looks great in the flesh and is light and well built with quality materials and at a reasonable price-point. I would certainly recommend Sternglas and buy from them again.”
