“This is my 4th Sternglass watch and I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s a very lovely watch to look on and the dial and hands are large enough that even a quick glance at the watch allows you to tell the time. And the materials are top class. As always Sternglass’ customer service is exemplary with it taking just two days from order to delivery from Hamburg to Dublin. Bravo Sternglass you make beautiful watches that are a pleasure to buy and wear.”

“Sternglas sent the watch to a wrong address but that was corrected by somehow contacting DHL Tech support. the watch arrived malfunctioning. Sternglas sent me another watch again to the exact wrong address. This time it arrived somewhere in Baltimore Maryland. I'm in Puerto Rico. Was sent to the wrong address for the secound time. This time I couldn't retrieve it. DHL said it was Sternglas who could change the address now. Up to now, I don't have a viable watch.”

Moin Angel, we are so sorry that there has been such a back and forth with your orders! If we want to ship to Puerto Rico, we have to select "Puerto Rico" as the country. The DHL Express didn't find Puerto Rico in the USA. This has led to the double error. :( We will learn from this for the next time and say sorry again! Best regards from Hamburg!

“I wanted to find the most elegant watch for a very special anniversary. Although Sternglas is a relatively new company, I was confident that it was established and of fine quality construction; a Swiss movement, beautifully polished steel, and sapphire glass. On receipt, the watch was everything I had hoped for.”

“I like my Naos white. Expected quality and finish above the price point and am not disappointed. The navy blue hands provide a subtle highlight and I love the clean, minimalist Bauhaus aesthetic. Handsome packaging is suitable for gifting. With my 6-1/4" wrist, I have to wear the band on the inside hole, so the watch won't fit if your wrist is any smaller.”

“My first experience with Sternglas was when I bought the Naos Automatik white. I was impressed with the brilliant design and fine lines, so clean and sharp at the same time. I recently bought the Tachymeter black and was like... Love at first sight. The vintage look, fully inspired by the Swiss Furkapass, the colors, the brushed stainless steel, once more, the perfect design and overall quality. Hence, I believe that the greatest thing about the brand is the clean design, high quality of the material they use, and the sophisticated timepieces for a really good price. For me, Sternglas was always the best deal.”

“I was really excited to buy it as all the reviews praised it highly & price didn’t seem to be too high for Naos (quartz). However when I got it in the hands, I was quite disappointed. The strap is absolutely horrible & incredibly cheap. This is the worst strap I’ve ever felt in my entire life. It was so ugly, old looking & no quality to it at all. However what’s more shocking is didn’t have a seconds hands on the dial. I mean this is really absurd! How am I meant to know if the watch is working or not? Can’t even trust the watch for time as I have no idea if it’s working. There are watches for £30.00 that have seconds hand. This is just basics! So after assessing it further you have to get the automatic version but why? And the automatic version is is more than double the price which is definitely not worth it. A company that’s meant to be for watch enthusiasts it’s absolutely shocking that they do this. Couldn’t return it because I had no time to deal with the hassle. Besides those 2 things the watch is decent, though it does feel a bit small wish it was 40mm dial. So as a result most likely will sell the watch now. As what’s the point in having it if you can’t trust it delivering the one purpose it’s designed to do”
