“Dear Sarah, unfortunately l lost my job a little while ago and so l had to return my Hamburg silver back. It's a nice clock but not the only one. I hope in the future to be able to buy some item from Sternglas again. So for now I am waiting for the refund of the amount l paid. Keep on doing the good work!”

Dear Kraising, thank you very much for your feedback. Indeed, it can happen quickly with the Tachymeter that the second hand does not find its way directly to the 12. But this can be fixed quickly. Please pull the crown once to the last position and then press the upper button. This way, you can adjust the second hand to the second and bring it back to the right position. “I bought a Marus Black model, purchase process has been very simple and reliable. Delivery process has been correct, within the expected deadlines, there was a small problem with the delivery address (that was not complete), but it could be resolved by phone. As for the watch itself, at the time of receiving it and without having used it intensively, it meets the expectations generated. It is very beautiful and the feeling of quality of the manufacture and materials is very good.”

“I purchased the Naos Automatik Edition Argo. It is a beautiful wristwatch. It shipped three business days after I ordered and arrived in the US about 48 hours later. I am delighted with the watch itself. My only gripe is that the "vintage leather" wristband it comes with looks and feels rather cheap. It is not made from full-grain leather and will not acquire a patina (it is "pre-distressed" and I do not expect it to age gracefully). The Edition Argo is apparently the only one that Sternglas sells this strap with, so if you order that particular, do yourself a favor and pick up a nicer band (literally any of the other Sternglas strap options) that will better complement such a lovely timepiece.”

“Where to start, well Initially ordered the black naos automatic and then about a week later before even receiving it I ordered the white version. I received the white model first. DHL and I were going back and fourth about the black model and they came to the conclusion that they ended up losing it. I don't believe that for a second sense they open all overseas packages for inspection. Sternglas was kind enough to send me a replacement but it was the wrong one. They sent me another white naos automatic, not the black version. It ended up getting stolen off my front porch within 5 minutes of it being delivered. When I notified sternglas about my issue they were very sorry about sending the wrong model and asked for me to return it and that they would ship the appropriate watch. They weren't listening when I told them it was stolen. After that they stopped replying to me. I even showed them the police report that I filed on my stolen property. I ended up buying it AGAIN. This time I received it and I have to say I am highly disappointed. It comes with the miyota 8215, not the 821A. The description is extremely vague for someone that's not a watch connoisseur. This was my first watch. I love the white model. Very beautiful, keeps time very well. However, I was very disappointed with the black version. They initially sold it with the 821A but switched it to the 8215 for whatever reason. Bad move, don't know why they would do that. My opinion of sternglas has significant declined. Hopefully they switch it back to the better miyota movement.”

“The watch look is ok, but its charge definitely does not last for 42 hours as advertised on the website. It last at most a few hours. Also, the customer service is very poor! They have not responded in 48 hours!”
