“I am very satisfied with the service quality of the whole buying & delivery process. They informed me well in every step. The boxing was also good, they paid attention to every detail. And the watch looks great on my wrist, as good as in the photos. I highly recommend it to everyone.”

“I have had a bit of back and forth with Sternglas over the years, and hands down, they have been helpful. Great customer service. I also enjoy my Quartz Naos, which, so far, works fine. (I used to own a discontinued Roncalli, which was a beautiful watch with issues; a pity. I still miss my Roncalli every day.) And the Naos is a nice design, a durable watch (at least it seems like it; I only owned it for a few months). I am on the fence about the quality of the straps, however. The quick-release pins seem to be of shallow quality. Sternglass may be better off revisiting manufacturing or returning to the non-quick-release pins.”
